招聘条件

具有博士学位、正高级职称，具有在三甲医院从事本专业10年及以上工作经历，具有突出的临床技术特长和较强的科室管理经验，原则上年龄在55周岁及以下。

博士生导师、医师协会或医学会主任委员或副主任委员，年龄可放宽至60周岁。

待遇

以年薪计为50-100万：含有按照国家政策及医院规定正常发放工资奖金及福利待遇以及每月给予税前1-2万元工作补贴，连续3年；

给予工作启动资金100-200万元，用于科研、专业技术学习、新技术项目开展等。

对于业绩突出，业内影响力较大的人员，其待遇条件实行“一人一议”原则。
